This site gives general information about final expense life insurance. It is not an offer of insurance, and it is not a promise that you will be approved for coverage. Coverage only starts when an insurance company approves your application and issues a policy.

2. Who we are

Valid American, LLC is a New Mexico company. We are not an insurance company. Insurance products are offered through Charlton L. Holmes Sr., a licensed insurance agent. Plans and availability vary by state, and not every plan is available in every state.

3. Quotes and applications

Quotes and applications run through Insure Me Now Direct, a secure online insurance platform run by a third party. When you use it, its own terms and privacy policy apply. A few things to know:

• A quote is an estimate. The insurance company decides your eligibility and your final price.
• Please answer every question honestly and completely. Wrong or missing answers can raise your price, lead to a denial, or cause a policy to be cancelled later.
• Different carriers have different rules. Some plans ask health questions and some do not.

What you read here is general information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Please talk with a licensed professional about your own situation before you make a decision.

5. If you ask us to call you

When you send the call request form, you agree that a licensed insurance agent may contact you about final expense insurance, by phone or email, at the contact details you gave us. Your consent is not required to buy anything. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will honor your request.

This site may link to websites we do not run. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. Please read their terms before you use them.

7. Using the site

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Please do not give us false information, try to break or overload the site, or copy our content for your own use without asking first.
